Daniel Meddaugh has been composing music in the Great Northwest for 5 years. |
Composing music is truly exciting for me. In music, I have always been drawn to interesting harmonies and irregular rhythmic relationships. Many different styles of music interest me from rock and roll, pop, and hip-hop to orchestral and classical. My ultimate goal is to write music for films. For the time being, I am focusing on completing a number of lengthy pieces to add to my catalog of works. In June 2006, I released my first album of solo and chamber works. The majority of the pieces were recorded digitally with the help of Sibelius software. Many of my scores are available to groups that want to perform new music.
